All sales are final.  Returns or exchanges are excepted for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped out.

To guarantee acceptance of your exchange, email us within 5 days of the delivery date. Once your email has been received we will promptly respond and assist with the situation accordingly. All of our items are handmade, orders usually take 5-7 days to create.

We receive proof of delivery with all orders placed. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
